Sheryl Hoffmann, co-founder of Infinite Programme, has been part of the Pest Control and Hygiene industry since 1998. With more than two decades of hands-on experience, she brings extensive industry knowledge together with a strong commitment to environmentally responsible practices.
Her lifelong passion for horses and respect for the natural environment have played a central role in shaping Infinite Programme’s philosophy — delivering pest control solutions that are not only effective, but safe, sustainable, and considerate of both human and animal wellbeing.
The idea for Infinite Programme was born in 2018, when Sheryl made the transition from corporate leadership into entrepreneurship. Through her corporate experience, she recognised a clear gap in the market: clients needed personalised, adaptable pest management solutions rather than a standardised, one-size-fits-all approach. This insight became the foundation of the company’s dynamic and client-focused service model.
Combining her professional expertise with her equestrian background, Sheryl developed a specialised niche in equine pest management, while continuing to support corporate clients
through comprehensive Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programmes. This unique combination has enabled Infinite Programme to grow into a sustainable, innovative business serving diverse environments with tailored solutions.
In recognition of her entrepreneurial vision and leadership, Sheryl was selected as a 2024 Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist by Business Partners. She also successfully completed the GIBS Road to Growth Programme, sponsored by the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and DHL, further strengthening her strategic and business development expertise.
Today, Infinite Programme continues to evolve under Sheryl’s leadership, driven by a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and long-term partnerships with clients.
